No doubt we are in the end
time! The wind of false teachings and heresies is flying everywhere.
Unfortunately, many are being deceived by these false teachings because they
come from those whom many look up to as “big” men of God.
The other time, there
was a particular teaching that came up that said ‘Smoking, Alcohol,
Masturbation’ were not sins but bad habits. So sad that young people are being
swept away by this false teaching. Thank God we came up with some Bible-based
and Spirit-led (counter) teachings to uphold the integrity of God’s word, reiterating
that the Bible means it when He said “Without
Holiness, no man shall see God” (Hebrews 12:14b).
And now, I stumbled on
another heretic and false teaching coming from a popular preacher that says
that ‘Tattooing is not a sin’. He further said that God has no business with
whether someone makes tattoos or not. He said it is the person’s choice. What a
heresy! And from a supposeth “exalted” pulpit!!
The other day I taught
how God sees tattoos – a sin. The Bible states it clearly;
“Ye shall not make any
cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the
LORD”
(Leviticus 19:28).
This is not a
suggestion, but a command, and it is God speaking. Therefore, anyone who makes
Tattoo is disobeying God, and disobedience is a sin...and all sinners are
headed for Hell fire except they repent. TATTOOING IS A SIN!
They call it Tattoo.
The dictionary describes it as pictures and/or marks made on the skin. It has
become popular among worldly celebrities including footballers, wrestlers, musicians,
and then many young people who delight in copying what they know little or
nothing about. Some people Tattoo as a symbol of their allegiance to the devil
and occultism, while some have seen it as a fashionable trend and a way to seek
attention. But unknown to this latter group, Tattoo being a symbol of Satanism
attracts the atmosphere of satan to your life and your life becomes accessible
to demons. And the work of demons is to oppress and keep their preys on the way
to Hell.
The other time the same
person (I judge no one) divorced the wife for the second time and said ‘God
told him to divorce the wife’. How can God break His word? Has God become a
respecter of persons? God stated clearly in the Bible that ‘He hates divorce’!
Divorce is never of God. Jesus took somebody to hell and allowed him to
interview 3 persons, and one of them said his error and separation from God
began when he divorced his wife. May God deliver us from false teachings!
FINALLY...
Brethren, this is the
end time. Many antichrists have arisen; same way many teachers have been
overtaken by the spirit of apostasy, and preach heresies or what suits them. Take
note of these scriptures:
“And
many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many” (Matthew 24:11).
“But
there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false
teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying
the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction” (2
Peter 2:1).
“Beloved,
believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because
many false prophets are gone out into the world” (1 John 4:1).
LET
US ACT BY GRACE!
Beloved, as much as we
have received grace, let us stand up against heresies in the church. Let this
zeal eat us up. Who knows maybe we are in the kingdom for a time as this; we
cannot afford to hold our peace, should we do, then ‘even the very elect may be
deceived’ by these false and heretical teachings. “Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of
his devices” (2 Cor. 2:11). “Neither give place to the devil” (Ephesians 4:27).
Spread the word; share
the word... ‘The Church is marching on, and the gates of hell cannot prevail’.
