THE RACE OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD (5)

<<< OVERTAKING IN THE KINGDOM

“So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen”

If you look back or around you may be able to find people whom you held as vibrant and “firefull” for God when you were either unsaved or just beginning to grow in the Lord. But today, some of them have either backslidden or grown so cold and no longer passionate about God and Heaven. Some have to be reminded and pressured about the things of God. Spiritual stagnation swallowed up the lifeline of manifestation which God put inside of them (Romans 8:19). But you have moved on with God, have grown and still growing in Him. This is ‘kingdom Overtaking Phenomenon’.

Many started well but certain things (job, career, relationship, family) became distractions to them. Distractions are the reasons why many end up as subtractions to the kingdom. By this, many have lost their places which have been given to others (Matthew 25:29).

Kathryn Kulman through her life time kept maintaining that she was fulfilling the mandate of another man. According to her, God gave that man a mandate which he did not fulfil (while he lived), and so God raised her to fulfil that.

When you slowdown for whatever reason, those who were babes and growing would catch up and outrun you because overtaking is allowed in the kingdom. This is how many spiritual giants have become “story tellers” rather than “life givers”. It is common place to hear them say “when I used to” – it is clear they are ex-believers (Expired believers) with no more relevance to the kingdom; no fire, no passion, no power. Even as they are alive, their places had become vacant and other purposeful and Heaven-focused people have filled them up.

As long as you are too heavy (with pride, ego, sin, laziness, career, relationship) to move for God and with God, others will step in. For every Elijah there are 7000 reserved men with potential prophetic capacity (1 Kings 19:18; Romans 11:4). God is looking for people to take kingdom responsibilities and not kingdom liabilities. God moves with movers and not slackers. May fire burn in your bones from today!!!
