about them (their plenty money, houses, cars, etc), it is a seed
dropped in their hearts by God which manifests in their hands of help to
you. Amazingly and truly, not everyone has received that "capacity" to
assist/help you...and this is why that "big" uncle of yours is not even
looking in your direction despite the fact that he knows you are
stranded. This is the deep and real reason why those you had expected to
receive help and assistance from failed you. It is not because they do
not have to give you; you might even say they are being wicked...yeah,
that may be true, but the deep truth is that they simply do not have the
"capacity" to help you. It is not about money, it is about who God has
enabled to help you. For a child of God in particular, no one can do
anything concerning you (Good or evil) except they have the "go ahead"
from ABOVE. This was why Job was untouching until the hedge was removed.
And this was what Jesus told the enemies; "Thou could have no power
against me, EXCEPT it were given you from ABOVE" (John 19:11). No one
can curse you without God's permission, so if God will not permit me to
be cursed, then I am "uncursable" (please, do not check the dictionary).
And the same way, no one can help/bless you without the ability
(commandment) from ABOVE. I feel the unction of Balak when he declared
to Balaam "Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and He (God)
hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it" (Numbers 23:20). God "had" bless
you, He only gives people the "ability" to bring physical manifestaion
your way.
Once again, when someone (however close to you) refuses to help you, it is because he/she has not received the "capacity" to do. And anyone that helps you, it is God that enabled him/her to help you.
I love the way that king put it to the woman that cried to him (an ordinary human) for help...he told her, "if the LORD do not help you, from where can I help you? " (2Kings 6:26, 27).
If only at all times we can truly look to God for help, He will tell us where and with whom He has deposited the help we desire. Sometimes those things we need are with the people we least expect, like for Elijah, it was with a "common" (and poor) widow of Zeraphath, but it was enough to help him because she had the "capacity" and became the "ABOVE" for Elijah (1Kings 17:10). And for Elisha, it was a "millionaire" woman of Shunem that helped him (2Kings 4:8) . But both were the working of God, and it is all about whosoever (whether big or small) He has given the capacity to help His children.
May God enable men to help you...and may He lead you to the right people and places for help.
