1% VERSUS 99%: LIVING FOR GOD IN A COARSED WORLD

We live in a world where about 90% see things such as corruption, bribe-taking and giving, etc as normal trends and the standard way of life. To these people anyone not indulging in any of these is either unwise, old-fashioned, or stupid.
Then we have about 9% who know these things are wrong (and sinful) but in the face of confrontation, they compromise. To them, if you cannot beat them, you join them.
And then, there remaineth a 1% remnant; these ones have been despised and regarded as foolish and old-fashioned. These ones have lost jobs (and jobs opportunities) because they will not compromise or be involved in bribery; they have failed exams because they will neither cheat nor abet cheating. These ones have lost contracts because they would not succumb to the worldly standards and popular status quo of corruption and evil. Sometimes they feel the pains of having to stand for the truth. They cry in their secret places because they have been denied things they are rightly due just because of their faith. But friends, I present to you the ones God is well pleased with - the 1%!!!
If 99% will be unholy and 1% will chose and strive to remain holy (amidst the sufferings they encounter), God will still not re-adjust the necessity/requirement for eternal life. The Bible says, "let him that is unholy be unholy still; let him that is holy be holy still...for behold I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according to his work" (Revelation 22:12).
The pattern of majority is never the pathway to Heaven. That majority engage in lying, pre-marital/extra-marital sex, bribery, etc, doesn not make God approve of them. God says, "Be ye Holy, for I am holy" and "Without holiness, no man shall see God" (1 Peter 1:16; Hebrews 12:14).
