In
life, a shaking (in the life of a child of God) is a platform for a coming
manifestation.
See
Ezekiel 37:7;
“So I prophesied as I was
commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and
the bones came together, bone to his bone”.
Behold
there was a shaking, and at that point it seemed like after Ezekiel’s prayer
(prophecy), instead of things to get better, they seemed to become more
violent, aggressive and confusing. There was a shaking everywhere and things
appeared to be turning up and down.
BUT,
after the shaking came the manifestation; “and
behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone”. The
shaking was only preparing a platform for the revelation of glory and
manifestation of possibility.
There
may appear to be some shakings in your life even when you are praying. It may
be a financial, marital, career, academic, relationship, family shaking. People
may be wondering what is happening that you are praying yet things are shaking
and not stable. Beloved, the shaking is preparing a platform for a glory that
God is about to release in your life.
“For I reckon that the sufferings
of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall
be revealed in us” (Romans 8:18).
The
fact that things appear not to be balanced for you does not mean you are a
sinner. After the wilderness comes the Canaan land. That you are a Christian
does not mean shakings will not come, but because you are a Christian, no
shaking will be able to swallow you up.
“When it testified beforehand the
sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow” (1 Peter 1:11b).
Sufferings
are oracles of glory. Shakings herald the arrival of glory. After the shaking
in the valley, then came the bones to bones and flesh to flesh, and the result
was manifestation. My prayer for you and I is that no shaking shall take us
away from the love of God. I pray that no shaking shall shake away holiness and
integrity from our lives nor take away Heaven from our race. Rather, let it be
a shaking that shakes away from us everything that is not of God, so that we
can become fully equipped to dwell in the glory that God is about to release.
Have
a productive week ahead. Maranatha.
