<<< FUNDAMENTALS OF DIVINE LIFTING
It has indeed been a rewarding series
with both destiny and eternal lessons. As we cap up we look briefly at seven
(7) (out of several) pathways to divine lifting.
(1) GIFTING: Whenever God wants to lift a man, He puts gift(s) in him,
and by this gift(s) He makes room for him. David’s gift of music brought him to
the palace. Joseph could interpret dreams and it was a channel to greatness.
Never ignore your God-given gifts if you want to reach your God-ordained
destiny.
(2) LEADING: You cannot end in divine destiny if you don’t follow
divine leading. To disobey God’s leading is to despise God’s lifting.
(3) GIVING: You must give yourself completely to God first of all. Then
you must be committed to giving your time, talent, money to God and the things
of God.
(4) DEALINGS: There are personal dealings that God will pass you through.
Some of these are like wilderness experiences that prepare and usher you into
your Canaan land. Don’t despise God’s dealings.
(5) SEEKING: You must be a genuine and passionate seeker of God. This
was David’s secret; no wonder no devil nor Saul could stop him (Psalm 42:1;
84:2; 13:6)
(6) REASON: This refers to your purpose (reason) for living. Greatness
lies inside purpose. To fall short of purpose is to come short of greatness.
(7) DISCIPLINE: You must live a disciplined and principled life. Your appetite,
taste, pursuit must all be defined and divine, tied to God’s will.
May God lift you up!
