WILL CELEBRITY MATTER IN ETERNITY?
Remember Joseph, the
dreamer? Finally his dreams came to pass, all! We shall come back to him.
Today, many have
dreams, talents, abilities, strengths, relationships...but Heaven is in tears
and at a loss because of the dreams and visions that some people are pursuing
and fulfilling.
Briefly, do you know
what makes a man a STAR?

*S + T + A + R = STAR
You cannot become a
star if you ignore the Strengths, Talents, Abilities and Relationships God has
brought into your life. People despise relationships and their destiny remains
a mirage before their very eyes. That point where you reach and you do not
struggle to shine or be recognized...you have become a (shinning) light; a
kingdom STAR.
But the BIG question
that everyone will face and answer on the day of judgement is: HOW MANY PEOPLE
DID YOUR STAR LEAD TO JESUS? HOW MANY PEOPLE THROUGH YOUR (GOD-GIVEN) DREAMS,
VISIONS AND TALENTS MADE HEAVEN?
There was a star that
led the ‘wise men’ from the east (unbelievers they were) to Jesus. And their
lives (the wise men) changed for good and for God. They found the way to
salvation through a star.
Dear friend and
celebrity, God is not against you becoming a star, but are you are a star for
the kingdom of God, leading people to Heaven? Or, your star (as a musician,
celebrity, model, actor, actress, footballer, etc) is leading people to Hell? I
tell you a truth, there is no way you will make others sin and miss Heaven and
you expect God to open that same Heaven to you (except you repent).
What makes you a real
star is if you shine here on earth and in Heaven your light is not missing.
“And they that be wise
shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to
righteousness as the stars for ever and ever” (Dan. 12:3).
Anyone who misses
Heaven will be in Hell where there is no shinning but weeping and gnashing of
teeth. In Hell, there are no fans or followers; no one to sing your praise and
hailing you in iniquity. Your fans in fame would become your fans in flames.
Celebrity is not a license in eternity...salvation and holiness is!
What has your talent
achieved for God? Any talent that produces and promotes nakedness, lust,
immorality (through music, etc) has been hijacked by the devil and is working against God. Many
young people who claim God is the source of their “successes” are fighting on
the side of the devil and against God. How? Their beauty, gifts, knowledge are
making others to fall, to weep, to miss Heaven, and to go to Hell.
Back to Joseph;
“But God meant it unto
good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, TO
SAVE MUCH PEOPLE ALIVE” (Gen. 50:20).
All his dreams and the
fulfilment of them was for one ultimate eternal purpose; “TO SAVE MUCH PEOPLE ALIVE”.
Joseph is not in Heaven
because he fulfilled his dreams, but because by the fulfilment of His dreams,
he saved much people alive. Friend, how many people are staying alive because
of your dreams? How many people are escaping Hell and finding God (Heaven) by
your dreams?
In the end, any dream
without eternal impact and significance is a failed dream. And this is why, my
ability to write, my medical knowledge, everything, must save me and them that
hear me. May our dreams not take us and others to Hell. May you and I not fail
God.
