What kind of a boss/superior
officer/leader are you in your place of work and duty post? Are you the type
that provokes secret tears in the lives of others? Are you the type that gives
those working with you and under you sleepless nights of unnecessary
frustrations and confine them to perpetual ordeals of fear? Are you one of
those against whom innocent families have continually fasted and raised a
prayer altar that God should help them overcome you because of your continued
oppression of their breadwinner which could be the husband or the wife?
What is
the impact of your actions and decisions on someone's life? Are you comfortable
with the increase, money and influence you accumulate at the instance of
someone's pains, pressures and tears? How many children have you turned orphans
and made hungry because of your actions that worked against their parents? How
do you feel when your laughter is another person's disaster?
One day
God will judge you and all your actions/decisions that worked against many
innocent destinies and lives. THIS IS FOOD FOR THOUGHT FOR SOMEONE. How long
shall you continue as an oppressor?
God has
reserved a day to judge the wicked..."for he shall have judgment without
mercy, he that hath shewed no mercy" (James 2:13).
It is
time to be a merciful leader and boss.
